Privacy policy

Exact addresses, access instructions, payment instructions, and phone numbers are shown only to booking participants after confirmation, or to administrators after recent reauthentication for moderation.

Public search uses an approximate map point inside a privacy radius. Exact coordinates are not exposed through public APIs, logs, or client bundles.

You can request a copy of your profile and booking identifiers by contacting support, and request account deletion when no open marketplace obligations remain.

The hostabay.com app shows this website. If you turn on notifications in the app, we store a push token for your phone and send booking updates through Expo and Apple or Google. Notifications never contain addresses, codes, phone numbers, plates, or message text. You can turn them off in your account or in the phone settings, and signing out removes the token. Sign-up and sign-in forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. The app sends crash reports without page addresses, form contents, or personal details.
