hostabay.com helps drivers reserve private parking spaces from local owners. The platform records reservations and payment statements. It does not collect, hold, or verify money between participants.

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of listing details, access permissions, and local legal compliance. Drivers are responsible for following access instructions and paying the owner directly according to the agreed methods.

Accounts may be suspended or deleted when obligations remain or marketplace rules are broken. Retained booking history may stay under an anonymized display name after deletion.
